The Scott Turf Co. services each property six (6) times per year. Our services are designed to maintain proper nutrient levels throughout the year, with maximum weed control.

February Treatment: Pre-emergence weed control, Fertilizer, (Turf areas) and (Lime if added).

April Treatment: Pre-emergence weed control, Fertilizer, *Post-emergence weed control (Turf areas and Natural areas).

June Treatment: Fertilizer, Fungicide, *Post-emergence weed control (Turf areas and Natural areas).

July Treatment: Fungicide, (Lime if added).

September or October Treatment: "Fall" Fertilizer, Core Aeration and Seeding if added).

December Treatment: "Winterizer" Fertilizer, *Post-emergence weed control (*Turf areas).

All walkways, driveways, decks and patios will be blown clean of debris after every visit. Each visit also includes site inspection.

Additional services

Insecticides can be applied at an additional cost.

Lime application can be applied at an additional cost.

Aeration and seeding are available at an additional cost.

Fire Ant control can also be applied at an additional cost.

Tree and Shrub pruning, installation and mulching.

Mowing, edging, trimming, shrub pruning, leaf collection.

The Scott Turf Co. will perform the above mentioned duties in a professional manner. Each bill will contain an itemized list of charges explaining the services performed at each visit. All materials and labor are included in the invoice. The Scott Turf Co. is not responsible for damage to trees, shrubs and grass before, during or after our services are contracted. The Scott Turf Co. uses granular and liquid chemical products, and when applicable we use biodegradable and organic materials.
